I’m Yogesh Soppa — a Product Engineer specializing in Conversational AI, GenAI, Robotics Process Automation and cloud-native contact center solutions.

With over 12 years of experience across banking and insurance domains, I focus on designing and building scalable, intelligent customer experience systems using technologies like Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and modern AI frameworks.

My work primarily revolves around:
